Concrete is one of the key materials used in construction work. It is also one of the most used materials in this world after water. So it becomes obvious to control the quality of concrete being used in construction.
The basic reasons for testing of concrete are:
We provide testing of concrete in our labs. These tests are carried out under guidelines provided under international standards. Detailed reports are prepared on the readings observed which in turn help in knowing the strength, durability, workability and other important parameters. These reports play a vital part in understanding the type concrete being used and also help us in knowing if it is appropriate for the site.
Non-destructive testing (NDT) is the process of inspecting, testing, or evaluating materials, components or assemblies for discontinuities, or differences in characteristics without destroying the serviceability of the part or system. In other words, when the inspection or test is completed the part can still be used.
NDT is used to ensure the quality of materials and joining processes during the fabrication and erection phases. In-service NDT inspections are used to ensure that the products in use continue to have the integrity necessary to ensure their usefulness and the safety of the public.
We provide modern non-destructive tests which are used in manufacturing, fabrication and in-service inspections to ensure product integrity and reliability, to control manufacturing processes, lower production costs and to maintain a uniform quality level .
We also provide NDT for slabs, columns, beams in structures and welding joints in different places in machines and structure.
