How does Uniquo identify safe vs. unsafe lifting tools at a glance?
Uniquo uses a clear tagging and identification system to help distinguish safe and unsafe lifting tools at a glance.
In the Indian context, lifting tools and tackles are typically marked using color-coded tags, labels, or identification markings after inspection. Equipment that is found safe for use is tagged as “Approved” or “Safe for Use”, while tools with restrictions may be marked accordingly. Any equipment found defective or unsafe is clearly labeled “Rejected” or “Do Not Use” and removed from active service.
These tags usually include key information such as inspection date, validity period, Safe Working Load (SWL), equipment ID, and inspector details. This allows supervisors and workers on site to quickly verify whether the lifting tool is approved for use.
At Uniquo, we implement structured tagging and documentation practices to ensure lifting tools are easily identifiable, properly controlled, and safe for ongoing operations.
