Question 13

What documentation is issued after scaffold inspection?

After a scaffold inspection, Uniquo provides detailed documentation to confirm the safety status and compliance of the scaffold.

In the Indian context, this typically includes a scaffold inspection report outlining the inspection findings, observations, identified defects (if any), and recommendations for corrective actions. The report also includes key details such as the scaffold type, location, date of inspection, and inspector details.

We also provide a scaffold tagging status, indicating whether the scaffold is approved for use, approved with restrictions, or not safe for use, in line with common site safety practices followed across India. Where applicable, photographic evidence of site conditions and defects may also be included for better clarity. Once all required corrections are made, a re-inspection or clearance confirmation is issued to certify that the scaffold is safe for use.

At Uniquo, our documentation is designed to support strong safety compliance, improve site communication, and ensure clear records for audits and project safety requirements.
